Seal Security is a rapidly growing B2B startup in the early stages. Our mission is to enable companies to automate and scale open source vulnerability remediation, providing organizations with centralized control over the vulnerability patching process.

We are looking for a core team member to join us, with hands-on experience in building AI-based products, who will work directly with the CTO on the company's core technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a startup at its inception. As a member of our R&D team, you'll be part of an ambitious and dynamic group. We leverage cutting-edge advancements in DevOps and LLMs and have developed an automated pipeline for security patches, addressing a significant gap in the open source remediation domain.

Are you up for the challenge?

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing and testing the automated vulnerability patching process.
  • Contributing to technological and architectural decisions.
  • Conducting design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with developing LLM based products, Vector DB, RAG, and similar frameworks and libraries. Advantage: LLM on source code.
  • 5+ years of experience with Software Engineering in a high-level programming language (e.g., Python, Golang).
  • Startup mentality: high pace, dynamically changing tasks and priorities.
  • Advantage: experience in open source development.
  • Advantage: experience in security research (e.g., familiarity with vulnerabilities, exploits, etc)
