Senior Account Executive

Seal Security empowers organizations to automate and scale their open-source vulnerability remediation efforts. We are looking for our first salesperson. The role of Senior Account Executive is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor at a fast-growing cybersecurity B2B seed startup. The company is headquartered in Delaware with R&D based in Israel. Seal Security is backed by top-tier venture capital firms. We have a strong enterprise customer base spanning multiple verticals.

We are a band of fearless, highly adaptable go-getters. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a rare account executive who is both a star seller and a builder at heart - a seller who wants to write the playbook.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven self-starter who understands the enterprise security sales process and can own the full sales cycle from start to finish, reporting directly to the CEO.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from start to finish; win new business and drive revenue. Identify the right contacts at prospective customers. Follow up and close prospects with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support sales initiatives.
  • Gather customer feedback and convey market needs. Provide insights that strengthen Seal’s value proposition and the customer experience.
  • Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency.
  • Attend industry events and discussion circles to educate the industry on the power of Seal Security technology.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience working for cybersecurity vendors with large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Cybersecurity startups experience - advantage.
  • Experience selling Application/Product Security solutions - advantage.
  • Prior experience as a BDR highly desirable.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience.
